Artec 3D manufactures compact 3D scanners used across diverse industries, from medicine to art. The company approached us with a broadcast design task—building upon their existing identity to create solutions for intros, transitions, and other animation formats.
Our concept centered on seeing the world through a 3D scanner's "eyes." We developed an extensive library of objects from different scanner application areas, such as reverse engineering and medicine. Rather than focusing on the objects themselves, we emphasized their perception through the scanner's depth of field, mimicking lidar functionality. This approach conveyed the scanner's unique "vision," creating an immersive experience.
The scanner beam became our key animation element, serving as both a metaphorical object and functional tool. This beam not only symbolized the scanning process but facilitated transitions between scenes, revealing and concealing various components. This technique added depth and dynamism to the visual design while making transitions intuitive and seamless.

Beyond animation, we developed an infographic style that effectively presents statistical data across different formats—presentations, conferences, social media content, and more. The design incorporated an accent coral color aligned with Artec 3D's corporate identity.
